Oyo people wey dey fear climb escalator for shoprite na im you expect to ride bicycle? Those bicycles are just for easy access to offices within the premises of the secretariat and not to be taken home. If you have walked from Governor’s office to the printing press, you will understand that it isn’t a small journey.
